Absolute crap can’t get a draw just rubbish and I’ve had a few vapes in my time this is the worst by far do not buy !!!!!!!!!

One of the worst products ever!! Dud not even want to give 1 star but it made me to leave a review..209 dollars on 2 vapes in the last week having problems with one..the snooty customer service women are just horrible and quick to blame me with a 7 day old rig..you guys are a complete joke and I will leave comments anywhere I can to warn people to stay away from your products! Since I iwn my own business if 33 years I will be able to reach thousands to stay away!

Don’t buy any Smok products I’ve had two the last one lasted 3 days then burnt out for no reason they are absolutely garbage and that’s been nice Avoid at all costs

Smoke is a crap brand. Their product is garbage, their company is garbage, and the CEO is garbage. If you have any dignity, do NOT buy from this company. They are trash and so are their vapes. EVERY. SINGLE. VAPE I have bought from this company has leaked. In my car, on my clothes, and in my hands while trying to vape. I've burned my lips because the juice inside my tank would crackle when I inhale. And speaking of inhale, why the hell does the Smok vapes cause me to inhale the JUICE inside the tank?!?! In short, I hope Smok goes out of business one day. Everything about them is garbage.

Been a Smok user for 6 years and I am switching to another brand today. I'm not rich to keep having to buy mods cause of poor manufacturing. Smok tends to blame its customers, instead of accepting the fact their products are crappy. I'm big on customer service and theirs is terrible. Either stand behind your product or get out of the game Done!

HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY LIE ABOUT SHIPPING FEES ON THEIR WEBSITE AND SURPRISE YOU ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES UPON DELIVERY, HOLDING YOUR ORDER RANSOM. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS CRIMINAL.

Another case of if I could put ZERO stars I would. I got a Smok Tech 22. Filled with CBD oil. Push the power button. Started smoking, cracking and spitting out oil that BURNED my tongue. Really could sue for the pain endured. Contacted them. Just a bunch of smartass support reps. Gave me website of of warranty place that handles their units. NO RESPONSE!!! This company produces dangerous devices and couldn't give a s__t if you have problems. Horrible company and products!

Can I leave a 1/2 star review? I ordered a Smok Morph Vape kit and some LED coils for my TF8 mini. The LED coils didnt light up. So I got overcharged for a cheaper product. The coils fire but the cosmetic effect that I paid extra for didnt work. (Rip off) The real issue is the shipping costs. They forced my small shipment into a freight charge. Charging me $17 After that, I got a bill from FedEx for $40 for Duties & Taxes, FDA approval & FedEx costs. The FDA charges comes from the company not putting any information with the product so the FDA charge is to identify what is being shipped. $20 That's BS And the only reason I'm paying this FedEx fee is because they opted for the receiver to pay those costs. I emailed them about it. Their response, "you can request to have us pay for it." When I had no option to do so when ordering (and paying my freight charge) FedEx wants their account number to bill them. When I asked the company. Absolute SILENCE from them. Do NOT order from this rip off company. You'll regret it. Just spend your money at WildBills or something
