Would give zero if I should. Order in “Pending Shipment” status since November. Company just steals your money and doesn’t ship product.

I should have read the reviews on here prior to dealing with this company. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and they just charge people and then don't send product or respond when you send an email for help. They took my money and didn't send anything, never responded to my emails (which I sent DAILY), had to deal with my CC company to get the money back. Such a rip off company, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEM!

Regardless of the SMOK model I buy, it fails miserably within four weeks.

Bought a smok nord. The pod pops out every time I put it into the base, literally unusable. I have to hold it in place for every drag and it falls on the floor every time I pull it out of my pocket. How hard would it be to make a device where the pod clicks into place? However, it's a good product when it works, but sadly it doesn't.

Wow I wish I read these reviews BEFORE I purchased a Novo off their website. I’ve emailed them 3 times now asking for a refund because I ordered the wrong vape. I have not heard back from them AT ALL. I don’t work or have any income and I spent $45 on JUST the novo alone, it wasn’t even the kit either JUST the device. $45 is ALOT when you’re broke, especially if you spent that much on the wrong vape. I’m so bothered by the horrible horrible customer service. I was expecting to hear back at least the same day I emailed them but nope. Was anyone able to get ahold of them before? I need that refund and I’m started to get super pissed off by them. So disappointed.

Absolutely terrible I have got 9 smok vapes and they are all failing I've only had them a few months leaking tanks bottoms not closing properly when your turn it on it keeps firing and cant stop it and the coils burn out I've been a smok lover for year but honestly it seems every vape you seem to make gets worse it's time I quit the smok game n go on to a another brand
