Novo2 and covid... I started vaping to quit smoking cigarettes on December 31, 2019. I spent the first few months slowly switching more from cigarettes to vaping. After all the covid stuff starting and the lock downs I couldn't find pods for a few weeks and since then these pods burn out so quickly. I know since I vape more I will go through coils quicker but I shouldn't be burning a pod out in 3-4 days. I had once last a month before covid started and since then I'm lucky if I get a weeks use out of a single pod. Very disappointed as I still reach for my novo2

Still have the Nord which is my back up and it is okay. Maybe 2.5/5. I had the roll badge which I was really really in to. It was cool for about 2 months but then I left it in the car over night and it stopped working. My first Smok was the Trinity Alpha. I realized after using that he price point is terrible.It broke within the first month because I accidentally fell asleep with it. I have fallen asleep with lots of Vapes in my bed and nothing has ever happened. These guys need to constantly be in a cool setting. Ideal to keep mods cool in general but it goes to show that Smok is not quality.

Whats their number? I havent got my stuff and i spent over $100. Im getting pis$ed!

I truly love SMOK products I have the Nord, RPM40, X-PRIV and have now ordered the RPM80 but I am fed up of having to deal with SMOK directly, Imports of this product are mind numbingly slow and SMOK will sit on your orders for weeks before sending it and after dong that have just told me it's Chinese new year and are now closed for two weeks.

The unfortunate thing is that they make pretty good vaping units, but ALL of their tanks LEAK LIKE CRAZY! I can only assume no one at SMOK actually vapes using their own equipment. I have been through 5 different tanks, and tried multiple different coils, and watched 5 different YouTube videos that all have different advice on how to "fix" the leak problems. I still end up with a puddle of oil on the counter, and an oil soaked vaping rig. The biggest negative is that the leaking caused oil to seep into one of my Alien units, and it is now completely ruined. If you want to use their mods, I recommend their technology. Just be sure not to use ANY of their tanks.

My NEW x Priv kit has my favourite fluid pouring from the air holes just like the mini I bought a few years ago it was a waist of money & no customer service to speak of from smok. I was maturing that juice for 4 yes & it's a awesome vape fluid that's now all oner the place except for inside the NEW TFV12 as it pours out of the airholes & no chance change it or get my money back Do not buy this product as it's faulty & smok don't care I thought the xPriv was a safe buy as I have the original & it still works ok! The new one still works fine just the tfv12 tank is faulty & I already have a faulty tfv mini that also leaks &gurgles. Smok never again .

I’ve had a couple of their tanks. They always leak and the o-rings warp very easily. As for the coils, they’re incredibly hit and miss. I’ve had some that last a month+ and some that don’t work out the gate. It seems like the quality of everything they make is just poor. It’s a real disappointment.

Smok is badly designed. Alot of the reviews complain about it not working after a while. For me at least i found the liquid can leak and get trapped at the bottom where there are 3 copper pins. When the current gets passed through the copper pins, it reacts with the liquid forming a copper compound that does not conduct electricity. Then it stops working. To remedy this I have to constantly clean and scratch the copper. On top of that, the top part where you fill it with liquid falls off too easily. It does provide alot of vapor when it works.
