SMOKReviews of smoktech.com

I bought a SMOK V2 vape pen and it has to be the worst pen vape I've ever used. It constantly leaks out of the airflow holes which are directly above the charging port, not the smartest design. The battery life is abysmal. But the worst is the spit back. I have a burn from hot liquid firing out of the mouth piece and landing on bare skin. Worst product ever, will never buy SMOK again.

Gutes Design das war es dann auch schon. Akkuträger sehr schnell defekt, Köpfe laufen aus. Würde von dem Hersteller nichts mehr kaufen.

Terrible, deceitful company. I purchased a device which was faulty, so I went to the Smok website to claim warranty. Unsurprisingly, the website never truly took you to the warranty page, and when I eventually found it, the website was purposefully designed so that the warranty claim could not be completed. What followed was 4 months of emails between myself and the company, whereby they demanded video evidence. On receiving this, they cut all contact, showing their warranty guarantee for what it is: a criminal scam. Customer Service person Alice Zhu was handling my claim, and was an utter disgrace from day one. I would highly advise avoiding this Chinese scam artist company at all costs.

Never shipped my order. All they did was create a label to make it look like it was "shipped" but they never actually put it in the mail stream. Zero response to my requests for more information. Had to file a claim with the payment company. Avoid buying here.

I have never in my life received such bad customer care. I bought an item which was faulty and then they gave me another item which was also faulty. Both had a button that couldn’t be pressed without falling inside. They decided this wasn’t their problem anymore and refused to do anything even though both times were their fault. No compensation or anything and they completely cut contact with me after I brought up consumer rights. They are a joke take your business literally anywhere else.

Customer service is laughable, sent me two faulty items and wouldn’t send a third because of their policy, didn’t care that it was their fault not mine because the button wasn’t attached. Buy from literally any other company they are a joke. Apparently consumer rights don’t apply to them.

I bought a novo2 it fell apart and and I bought A Novo 3 which quit working altogether I contacted them and they will not honor the warranty for either of they r very rude I contacted them serval times and not getting if u r reading this I would advise not to order from them they very rude so I'm not ordering threw them again their products r junk

Would leave a zero star if there was one. Smok stopped working after 3 months. Been over 4 months now and still no replacement despite them saying they would send one twice. Cheaply made, overpriced and customer service give false promises.
