For the last 5/6 years I've been trying out various vapes. Many of which have been Smok. I can say with confidence I never had a smok device that didn't (free speach was hindered from this goofy website.) tick me off. The most recent arcfox tfv18 combo is as awful and leaky as the old tfv12's. Awful products all around littered with technical issues out of the consumers control. I recommend you use any company other than this one.

I am disappointed in smok. Tfv12 cloud beast king tank is leaking and nothing helps. My other smok tank won't unscrew it just spins because my r-kiss mod has it's 510 connection loose. Im not going to buy smok's products again.

I'm assuming it's mostly a quality control issue but I've never had a smok product that's been worth the money. Whether it's the coils burning out instantly, leaking, firing on their own. They're just objectively bad products.

I have had 2 Nord 4s in a row and they both decide to not charge after a month! Each time. I’m pissed. I used to love Smok. Plus I have a lot of friends that have Smok but I guess it’s time to throw Smok in the garbage because I’m never buying from them again. This is outrageous!!

Terrible vapes

Welcome to the Smok Scam. A constant product evolution replacing decent performing devices with crumbier more expensive ones, making much of the hardware they’d sold before obsolete. Also should your Smok product fail most vape stores will say you are on your own. Smok says they cover their mod’s, if you do all the legwork. My shop said I should mail my brand new $65 dollar mod, that died in a less than a WEEK, to them and hope they decide to replace it. A waste of money & materials! I say GOODBYE Smok!! Another unaccountable chinese company that reaps customer’s $$$ with zero loyalty to them. They don’t get it!

Bought a smok vape, lasted a month, if that! Leaks, tastes burnt, does not charge. Don’t bother buying there products.

Bought one of these at the basic level for £22. Thought I had found a bargain but from day one it leaked, the glass broke making it dangerous, the coils burn out too quickly and eventually it now will not charge. Decided, through all the grief this machine has given me, that it might just be possible to pack in vaping all together now, so I guess that's a plus.
