SmokeMEGAReviews of smokemega.com

Easy and smooth experience.

My experience dealing with SmokeMEGA has been quite simply the greatest. I love their products and service was right on point. Awesome work! Can't wait to shop more great products and receive rewards, thanks!

Placed an order on July 2, 2026 and its now August 28, 2026 still have not received anything. I've emailed them 2 to 3 times at different email address that was on their website and no reply at all. At this point I can literally say that I have been ripped off for a little under $60. I have also went down to their store and tried calling the number on their website cause their store is not accessible cause they are in the 2nd floor and you can't just walk up in there, and got sent to voice mail so I left a voice mail and still no response. The only time I did get a reply was when I left negative feedback on trust pilot and they said "Hi there, we're sorry to hear about this. Please contact our support team with your order details so we can assist you further." So I emailed them with the order number and email and they did reply by sending me the tracking number which when I looked up the tracking it still hasn't been shipped yet just said label created. So I emailed back and no response after that so I wont purchase anything from them anymore and I don't suggest anyone to purchase anything from them unless you don't mind just giving them your money. Smokemega commented that is has been solved but it actually hasn't been solved as of yet. I still don't know if they have sent out my items or gave me a refund but I guess we'll see soon. Hopefully.

Ships quickly and they routinely update your orders information

Actually trustworthy, had an issue with a larger order, part was missing from one of the 7 items I purchased, and within 20 minutes of providing an order number I received a call, issued a refund for that item and they kept me on the phone until I confirmed I received the confirmation email of the refund. Package is secure too, I have so much bubble wrap now.

I have ordered a few different bongs and several of the bigger oil burner pipes and the glass is top notch. They also ship really fast and to make it free is on another level. What truly separates them is the surprise gift on orders over $30, exceptional gifts that only add to the excitement, never disappoint!

Sent me the wrong Vape Mod

I recently ordered an item from this company and due to unforseen incidents I received the incorrect item. Upon contacting, I was immediately greeted by a human not a answering board. I communicated the problem with my order and he within seconds right there over the phone was able to physically locate within seconds the proper item I had originally ordered and sent a picture of the item to confirm. They then rectified to oversight by sending to me without extra charge my original item purchased. I was very impressed with the thorough and professional demeanor in which they conducted themselves during this transaction. The selection of products this company offers is very impressive and the customer service they provide makes this an excellent choice for anyone to patron. The effort in which they went to satisfy me as their customer, to make sure I was properly serviced in a reliable, trustworthy, and honorable fashion is nothing short of admirable and extremely desirable when conducting business of any sort. Highly recommend.
