First thing is these silicone Downstems are bad to the bone. I couldn’t find them anywhere else. So I’d give five stars but when I ordered 6” silicone downstems they ran out of stock. That’s no good. I bought the last two. I wanted two for me then a few more for gifts.

Exchanged a product that they really didn't have to. A pipe I ordered was somewhat poorly made with a crooked mouthpiece and they exchanged for another without issue.
