I paid extra for quick shipping and received a completely shattered pipe. I asked them to send another one if they could still deliver it on time, but if not, I told them I’d prefer a refund. I wanted the pipe for an event, so if I didn’t get it on time, I needed to look somewhere else. They sent it anyway and said I’m out of luck with the refund because I can’t ask for one after they send the pipe (even though I very clearly asked for a refund if they can’t deliver the pipe on time). It has now been a week since my pipe was supposed to arrive and I still haven’t received the replacement. The tracking info they provided said the pipe was successfully delivered…3 months ago, well before I purchased the pipe. So I have no idea when to expect it. Incredibly unhelpful and dismissive customer service. I’m not this kind of customer, but the experience was so bad that I will never buy anything through Smokea again, and I will strongly advise my friends to go elsewhere as well.
