I bought the smoke odor candles which are the best at eliminating cigarette smoke. I appreciated how well they were packed for shipping. I got them in a timely manner and at a reasonable price and I will definitely order again!

Was suppose to be here by now and for some reason it’s across the states on MA.?! Doesn’t make any sense

Mariccia, I've looked into your order and it sounds like USPS may have been providing you incorrect tracking information as I have confirmed that your order was delivered to the address you provided at checkout on March 5th. In addition, I see that the order was placed Feb 22nd and that Free Shipping was selected at checkout. As stated on the shipping section of checkout, free shipping is delivered within 6-16 business days. Therefore, it looks like your order was delivered on time and to the correct address. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

Excellent selections and prices. Items arrive as depicted online. Packaging is discrete and shipped with care. My only complaint was with the shipping. I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived several days later.

Glad to hear you were satisfied with your order. It's rare when a package arrives after it's expected date but it does happen occasionally due to the carriers. We hope to be able to provide you with more great smoking gear in the future!

I purchased 1 pipe for a great price. The pipe I received was broke/defective. I emailed Support, and am awaiting a response.
Response from SMOKEAFeb 4, 2022
Nick, I'm sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of glass, this does happen once in a while during shipping. Rest assured, we'll always replace a damaged item if it was damaged when you received it and hasn't been used. We were closed the last two days due to a severe snowstorm in our area so I apologize for the delayed response. However, it looks like our team has already gotten back to you and is working with you on resolving the issue. Thanks for shopping with us and have a great day.
