Dear Hind, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration you’ve experienced. After reviewing your account, it appears that the subscription selected during checkout was for our annual plan which is billed as a single payment of €171. While the price is displayed as €14 per month, it is charged annually as noted during the subscription process. We understand that this may not have been as clear as it should have been, and we are actively working to improve how our pricing information is presented to ensure complete transparency for all our customers. To resolve this for you, we will switch your subscription to the monthly plan and refund the difference between the annual and monthly pricing. This means you’ll only be charged €14 for your first month and can continue using our service on a month-to-month basis moving forward. The refunded amount will be processed promptly and should reflect in your account soon. Regarding your concerns about the rewriting tool, we take any issues related to plagiarism very seriously. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, original outputs and if you’ve encountered any problems, we’d greatly appreciate further details so we can investigate and address them immediately. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and value your trust. If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] Thank you for giving us the chance to make this right. Sincerely, The Smodin Team
