So far so good
We've had Smith Thompson for about 2 weeks now and I've called them twice. Helpful and professional both times. The installer did a great job and it only took about 15 minutes.

Fast and courteous service!
Smith Thompson in my opinion is better than ADP at half the cost of the monitoring rate. I have experienced nothing but good service from both their customer service reps and installation tech. The installation was on-time, fast and the tech explained everything we need to know to use our alarm system. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends!

Finally rid of ADT
Thankful to have an inexpensive and reliable alarm monitoring service. From scheduling our appointment to the installation of the ST equipment, everything has been great.

S-T monitoring only
Had an alarm system in the house. The contract just ended. Shopped for monitoring companies & saw Smith Thompson ad in a flier in the mail. They were much cheaper than resuming the contract with the company that did the installation. Great technician came to the house. very friendly & explained everything to me. Asked for 2 changes that took about a minute each. He also explained a better way to set the alarm... turns out I was doing it wrong all the time. Much easier now! Highly recommended

Bruce, the installer, was amazing....very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me many options and worked with me to make the right decision for my home.

great service for a great price
I am new to ST Home Security and the reason I switched from Hawk Security is: Mark stands behind his promise of keeping prices low and they are locally based in Plano. Very good reasons you should trust Mark and his company for your home security needs too.

Quick install; Good Service
I contacted ST on recommendation of a friend due to high cost of monitoring with Monitronics. ST came out quickly and installed a wireless system. I will break even with the installation cost in 10 months. After that it is savings in my pocket every month. A newer and better system for less monthly out of pocket was a no brainer. Really, how hard is it to monitor an alarm? So why pay the crazy cost?
