Satisfied with my Smith Thompson service.
I recently changed my previous monitoring system to Smith Thompson. The set-up and installation process was easy. The staff was professional. Overall, I have been satisfied with the service. I would recommend Smith Thompson to my family and friends.

reliable and afordable
I used Smith Thompson for years so when I recently moved it was an easy decision to use their service on my new home. Their technicians are professional and fast. Any time an alarm when off, they called in about 20-30 seconds. Their pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Smith Thompson has great service

Friendly and Affordable
Smith Thompson offered a very competitive rate for monitoring our house. The technician who setup the service was very friendly and they upgraded the existing wireless transmitter from 3G to 4G at no charge.

Very fast service, friendly staff
I called to set up service and they came out the next day! Installer was very friendly and a quick install. Only took about 20 minutes for everything! And their response time is awesome. We've accidentally set the alarm off a few times, and they're calling us within 20 seconds... Literally. Highly recommended!

We've used Smith Thompson now for almost 4 months and they've made a very good impression on us. Any time the alarm is set off we receive a call almost immediately. The setup for us went very quickly and everything has been working very smoothly ever since. Very pleased so far and a great price.

Saving money without sacrificing service
Another ADT customer for eons, we switched to ST looking to save money in a new home without sacrificing customer service or response times. While it has only been a couple weeks, we were impressed with a follow-up call from ST when we set the alarm off demonstrating it for our family. Thank you ST for keeping our family safe while not costing us an arm & a leg. Our tech, Gary was fast, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs and questions.
