Better than expected, but less than ideal
I order a medium ruck that was supposed to be in very good condition, their words, it arrived with a decent sized hole in it. I was told that the best they could do was offer a partial refund of $29.50 or full return. This is in spite of the fact that the difference between good and very good is about $90. I won't be ordering from them again as now I have to pay more for the bag just to get it in usable condtion

Hi John, Thanks for the feedback. We welcome all reviews both positive and ones less than that. Occasionally we do miss defects in our inspection process. When errors occur we do try our best to learn from our mistake and work to make the situation right. The MOLLE II Medium pack you received was in like new condition with the exception of 15 stitches that separated from the side of the top outside compartment approximately 5.5" from the bottom. Despite the stitching defect the pack is still in operable condition. Besides the price the other difference between Good and Very Good are increased signs of use, visible wear at the frame pockets and the overall condition of ALL the components of the pack. We're sorry for our oversight and that you wont be returning. We stand by our offer and you're still welcome to return the bag for a full refund.
