Given the nature of the season, the delivery might have taken longer than usual due to operational changes on behalf of shipping services during Christmas and New Year's. As for your concern regarding the quality of the duffels, we have a quality check process in place and upon our final inspection, we did not find any damages or signs of repair. However, we understand and acknowledge that the condition of used items can be subjective. We apologize if the item you received did not meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we're more than happy to exchange the "over used" duffel for one more to your liking. To initiate the process, we would just require photos of the duffel in question. Hello Alan, We recently checked the tracking information and it confirmed that your order was delivered today at 10:10 AM. Please note that your order was processed within the two-business-day window as stated in our shipping policy, and it was moved through the NY USPS International Distribution Center on the 16th. Any delay that occurred was within the Canadian Postal system.
