Smith’s Surplus and Supply is an online Military Surplus and Army Surplus Store built around honest gear, clear condition grading, and dependable customer service.Every piece of surplus gear that comes through our door is inspected using our 4-point inspection system. We check assault packs, rucksacks, backpacks, MOLLE pouches, FILBE components, field gear, sleep systems, tarps, and other military surplus equipment for wear, holes, tears, staining, damaged hardware, broken buckles, and zipper issues.As each item is inspected, it is sorted and graded by condition so customers know what they are buying before it ships. We do not believe in vague surplus listings or surprise condition problems at the door. Our goal is simple: describe the gear accurately, pack it right, and ship the item you paid for.Before an order leaves our shop, we inspect it again during packing. The one sleeping bag had some sort of…
The one sleeping bag had some sort of sticky paste on part of the inside. Figured they could have washed it before resale. And I know I am getting a used product but being that I chose “very good” condition I didn’t expect to see all the burn holes in the heavy sleeping bag. The bivy, light bag, and stuff sack I am very happy with and I will use Smith’s in the future.

Overused dirty seabag
Delivery 2 days late, but bigger problem item (sea bag) I ordered two, one is way overused ! I understand you’re selling second hand stuff but dirty damaged (repaired) item was a problem for me.

Given the nature of the season, the delivery might have taken longer than usual due to operational changes on behalf of shipping services during Christmas and New Year's. As for your concern regarding the quality of the duffels, we have a quality check process in place and upon our final inspection, we did not find any damages or signs of repair. However, we understand and acknowledge that the condition of used items can be subjective. We apologize if the item you received did not meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we're more than happy to exchange the "over used" duffel for one more to your liking. To initiate the process, we would just require photos of the duffel in question. Molle canteen pouch
I’ve ordered four Molle canteen covers in used “premium” condition. Three were as advertised. One was brand new, still in the wrapper. Very happy with quality and fast shipping.
