We appreciate your review of your recent experience with us. We're pleased to hear that you found the goods you selected to be satisfactory, but we regret the issues concerning shipping and the missing component from your FILBE backpack. We'd like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. As a step toward resolution, we're sending a replacement stiffening board at no extra cost to you. As per the shipping, your order, placed late on Saturday the 9th, was processed on the evening of the 12th. This falls within our advertised two business day processing time. At Smith's Surplus, we always strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, once shipped, the timetable lies with the postal service. Your feedback helps us improve our service. Should you need further assistance, we're here to help. Regards, Smiths Surplus

Dear Christopher, We value you sharing your thoughts in a review, thank you. We'd like to address the concerns you brought up. If you're not happy with the FILBE Assault Pouch you received, we'd genuinely like to see the photos and find out if there was an error on our end, email them to [email protected]. Interestingly, there's no mention of the USMC FSBE Canteen Pouch, which left our facility in A+ condition. We'd really appreciate your insight on that one! On the delay, it's regrettable your package took its time to get to you. We assure you, it was dropped at the USPS office within two days, just as our shipping policy indicates. Sadly, every package we dispatched that day went on a prolonged trip for about 5-6 days. One thing to remember though, once the packages meet USPS, we're in the hands of their system and timeline. Contrary to myths, Smiths Surplus doesn't steer the USPS ship. Please accept our apologies, and we hope to rectify any issues promptly.
