Unfortunately, due to an unexpected surge in orders around the 1st and 2nd of July, we were unable to process your order on the same day it was received. Also, being closed for the holiday on July 4th added to the delay. We did, however, prioritize your order upon our return on July 5th. Please understand that once packages are in the hands of UPS, we have limited control over their routing and delivery processes, though we share your frustration with the unexpected journey your package took. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and understand your disappointment regarding the additional cost for expedited shipping that did not meet your expectations.
