Rickey was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Rickey, our Smith technician, helped us assess our needs and put a program into place that would best serve us. He knew so much about what equipment would be helpful in our situation. He treated both my husband and me in a very professional manner.

I just love my new Home Alarm System, It Works Great...!
since my neighbor's house got break in I had to get me this great home alarm system, I wouldn't be relax thinking that someone out there might be thinking about breaking in to my home too... I needed to feel safe for my family my self and all my valuable items in the house..So, I definitely Recommend it for all you guys that are looking for a great system like this..I'm so happy I did.. it works AWESOME.!! thony c

Excellent Service!!
We just switched from ADT and could not be happier. The tech did a great job installing all the new equipment and telling me how to use it. They also have a lot more features than our old system!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician
The guy who came to my house to install the system, Ricky, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. So far so good, Smith!

Seems like a good value. Got same day installation.
I'm not a big fan of "insurance" but I did go for the Extended warranty. I suppose if it breaks down, the warranty will be a good value. Our Installer was patient, waiting while we tried to work out phone arrangements with our provider. Be sure to ask if you can get any upgrades or "freebies." We did and got a better deal than the off-the-shelf offerings. A bit shocking, though, to see that the total cost over the 3 year contract will be over $1700. Be prepared to be offered "upgrades" that may add 50% to your bill. But since the built in cell allows us to cancel our other phone line, the overall cost will be much less than having the separate line.

Great company to work with
Had some issues with previous system being locked, but the technican along with salesman resolved the issue with a good deal that was a win-win for everyone.
