I changed my security monitoring system. For about the same price, I am able to go to a wireless system and operate everything from my cell phone. The options were explained to me in a manner that easily allowed me to choose the ones that worked best for me. My experience with Smith Monitoring has been good. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade there system for about the same price you are currently paying.

Smith Monitoring installed a Smart Home Plus system at my house. Jeremy did an excellent job with the installation and did a good job of integrating the system with my home. Now I have full control of my home alarm system and thermostats via my Iphone via the state of the art go control panel. I highly recommend Smith Monitoring to anyone looking for a full home automation and alarm system.

Tech was late but courteous enough to call. He was very informative. Only think that bothered me was that I had to get an equipment warranty for an extra fee. But that was the only hidden fee so it's not so bad, I think. Overall good. Haven't used it yet so can't comment on actual service.
