Good, friendly service.

Pete did our Security Installation and was very friendly and took time to make sure we were trained on the new system!

It is being installed right now so I don't have any relevant feedback yet.

The tech was very polite and courteous, but had to contact his supervisor several times throughout the install. Some technologies did not work, like the fire alarms, for example. Would be best to have a full understanding of what will and will not work, prior to the technician coming onsite.

The technician was a very friendly he installed my cameras exactly the way i needed them. NOw i dont have do worry about thieves and concentrate on running my car buisness. thank you .

Jeremy was very helpful and efficient- explained the entire system for me and helped me set it up! Very nice system. Great company, will refer everyone to Jeremy and Smith Monitoring!

Jeremy was the tech. He was so honest, efficient and knew his job. I would highly recommend smith monitoring.

Technician on site explained the plans and promotions they had going on even tho i had already picked one over the phone but he did win me over because it was a way better plan! He also took his time on explaining everything he was going to be doing around the house installing the new system. I sure will recommend this company to anyone looking for a home security or wants a way better deal!
