My house was recently broke into. Saturday evening, I left my house to eat with my family. I was away for only a few hours when my home was burglarized. The intruders ripped my alarm from the wall after setting it off. I called Central Group Security the following Monday morning and they had a technician out that afternoon to install a new, full security system. The technician knew everything about alarm systems and recommended the best possible services and equipment for my home. He took a full hour explaining the remote and control features and answered very important questions that I had, including county policies. The equipment was installed carefully in efficient and remote areas of the house. I was very satisfied with the installation and expect the same from customer support.

the tech rick that came out and instaled my alarm system, with smith monitoring, he was very nice, explained everything down to a tee, made sure i understood everything he was saying, and very helpful. I would recomend anybody to get smith monitoring, and ask for the tech rick.

Sam came out to do our install and was very professional and answered all of our questions. He gave us a few recommendations when we asked him and was really good at determining placement of our cameras. Our house was a little difficult to set up for a couple of the cameras, but he kept trying until he found a way to make it work. We also have two dogs in the house (one is very territorial and can be aggressive with strangers) but he was very good with them. He was very careful to clean up so they didn't get into anything and when the dog barked at him, he would just try to be nice to him by saying something to him. We really liked having him here to help us out.

Robert called prior to arrival to let us know he was on the way. He walked us through the work to be done and explained the installation in detail. He had all the materials with him to complete the task and promptly completed the service. We are very pleased with our decision to change monitoring companies after ten years. We will sleep safe and secure thanks to Smith Monitoring.
