Robert gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arriving to let me know when he would be here. Once he arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable regarding all of our security options. He helped us make some choices of window security placements and walked me through how to access everything on my phone and configure the control panel. I would highly reccomend Smith Monitoring to everyone as their pricing and professionalism were both top notch.

My tech did a great job of explaining the services and the costs. He also included an extra glass break with the service since I didn't need an extra door. I wish that the Smith phone rep had warned me that there might be an extra charge ($10/sensor) for reprogramming my current system. On the phone I was assured that they just had to switch out the SIM cards at no cost.
