Formerly Shweeps casino, this casino took $100 of my money and then banned me with no explanation. When I tried to get information on their reason why I was pointed to their terms of service and they refused to give an explanation. I asked for a refund of the money I spent there and was again pointed to their terms of service and denied. Do not trust the good reviews this place got. Do not register with this place or put money into it. You will lose it.

After being invited to play on smilescasino i made over 1000$ in purchases just for them to ban me and steal my money so now i cant even use my purchases using the excuse of "we have a right to terminate and refuse to refund any money spent whenever we want" literal theft this place is criminal and i will have to report them to the appropriate authorites. I edited this because they replied claiming i can reach out to support yet i have reached out with over 3 requests to resolve this and they ignore me so they are just trying to save face here dont believe them.

I was on the waiting list for over a month and made $1,000 in purchases on the same night I was finally invited to sign up. I played though my balance and then tried to withdraw the next morning, but I kept getting an error. I contacted support and got a reply right away from Matthew. Matthew basically said that they are stealing my money and that I will not be able to redeem. My account is banned and they are no longer replying to my emails. I am in the process of reporting 10 Ten Gaming to the US Federal Trade Commission. Edit: I (once again) reached out to Support at Smiles Casino over 10 days ago and I still haven't received a response.
