Loved the casino when I discovered and began playing..Great games, BUT when I went to redeem my winnings, they did not have my bank on their list of banks. They do not use Skrill, PayPal etc. They use AEROPAY as their bank verification company So I go to Aeropay's website and create a ticket via email. They state over 13,000 banks on their list. Not one of my banks are on there. So ,I have 700.00 sitting their that I won fair and square, and unless I go and open a new checking account at one of those banks, I can't redeem. I have never had a problem with any of the other online casinos redeeming to my bank, or Skrill. Beware before you play and check the banks listed on the AEROPAY website, so you don't get stuck like I did! I would welcome a response from Smiles,as I sure am not smiling now!! ***** Thank you for responding, may I suggest using Plaid as a bank verification tool. I have never encountered Areopay before but numerous online casinos use Plaid. I will still play your casino because I love your games etc.,but I will save my winnings ( not go under) until I can redeem them. I hope there isn't an expiration date and they disappear. I did account verification process and everything was accepted including connecting my smiles casino account to my PNC bank account. I have screenshots of my account being fully verified, that is until however I won $100 and tried to redeem it. At that time they emailed me saying my bank account needs further verification but how can something that is FULLY verified needing further verification. They also have my account number wrong in then email and when I made them aware of this and sent them a statement with the correct account number that I linked to their site they unverified my account. I read bad reviews that they try everything they can not to pay out and I see now that that is true because it is beyond obvious they are just trying not to pay me and I have more than enough proof of this. I am not usually one to leave bad reviews but I will be posting my review everywhere until this is made right because they had no problem taking money from my bank accounts but then don’t want to pay me the money they owe me back into my bank accounts. You cannot verify someone fully and then comes time to pay try to take the verification back.

I played and now my balance is over 900$ . I thought oh wow that's amazing! Nope. After soooo much hassle and back and forth getting my identity verified and bank account linked , now when I try to withdraw, it just says "something went wrong" and nothing more. I contacted support and they tell me "we are trying to fix it" and nothing more. If you ask me , they don't want to pay me. Everything points to they don't want to pay me. I've never had this much trouble redeeming SC at any other website. Highly disappointed.

First redemption went through fine. 2nd they didn’t want to approve it for some reason. Me being dumb cancelled it and played it out. Won another 260 on that and magically lost everything without any wins. Stay away from here. They don’t pay you when you redeem and their support absolutely sucks. When you contact them they have to send it to someone else. This place is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Stay the heck away from here. Big ole scam. They say it was cancelled before they could approve it yeah because I waited a week.

This casino is great until you try to withdraw. Can't verify my bank, a legitimate OU Federal Credit, they're bullshitting. They never intend on you cashing out I guess. I'm reading these trying to find one positive thing about the payout. The reviews on here about how happy they are, definitely havent tried cashing out!!!! I cashed out at Chumba, Crown Coins, and Zula easily.

Gambling is a big risk on its own. When I deposited for the first time I assumed the risk of losing by spinning slots, not by Smiles Casino knowingly not going to be able to verify my bank due to “processor issues” and not able to pay out the small win I had. Their response was for me try a new bank or sit patiently and wait until/if they get it figured out. I requested a refund of what I spent and would forget about the winnings and have them close my account but that was denied. I was offered a whole $2 as compensation. There are too many competitors for these casinos to get away with this stuff. Edit to response- Why lie? You have not reached out to me.

This is my second review…when I first joined I won straight off…but then…nothin complete losses every single time. What encouraged me to write this second review was this; I made a 2 $5 purchases because for some reason or another they don’t have a $10 option. I got up to $40, went to a slot and dropped every bit of that $40 betting $0.40 per bet(that isn’t much) and not one single win…not a penny…something is off about that….i will not be playing with this site again, thanks but no thanks.
