This company went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The communication was hands-down fantastic. My journey from start to finish was flawless, and they delivered in every area. I struggled a little with the impressions at the beginning but they were willing to work with me on two separate occasions to help me get it right. I’m sure most of the problem was me just not doing it exactly as I was supposed to and they are not to blame for that but in the end we got some great impressions. The trays came out perfectly and the process from beginning to end was as smooth as it can get! Compared to other competitors out there their price was fantastic and got the job done beyond my wildest expectations!

Dr. Arooj was patient and kind and clear. Her tips for making impressions were the best by far and she made what felt like an impossible task feel more manageable. Because of her, I was able to send my impressions in.

Love the service, they worked with me! thanks

Had a good experience on chat inquiring about the aligners and pricing. Very knowledgeable and understanding answered all my questions

Not too happy with them. It’s my second time doing impressions. First time was a different company. I was told that only 1 out of 4 impressions will work and I have to buy new putty to make new ones. I had no problem with the other company regarding the impressions. I think offering something this pricey should include that.

I've been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far! While I'm still at the beginning stages, the entire process has been incredibly smooth, thanks to the efficiency and professionalism of the team. They respond promptly to emails and offer virtual support sessions for impression-taking, which I found incredibly helpful. Dr. Arooj stood out with her kindness and patience, making me feel confident about the quality of my treatment. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the level of customer care I've received so far!

The instructors guide on how to apply the putty to the tray was much better than the kit instructions.

I have to restart my treatment because SDC bankruptcy. I needed free refinements from them but I paid more overall for treatment and still had to pay for retainers at some point. This price with a small discount is fair for my situation.
