I purchased a dual set of daytime aligners back in March of 2024. Although the initial process had been smooth and I found my customer service Rep Brett to be very responsive, I’m hitting some major hiccups which have been concerning. Despite uploading all required documentation the first day I received my first aligners I’ve been waiting for my second set of aligners to ship for over 2.5 weeks. I’ve had to reach out on several occasions to inquire when the Aligners will be arriving and have been given timeframes which come and go with no aligners. I’m not sure what holding up the process but I’m concerned that my treatment timeline is being significantly extended since the aligners are not arriving in a timely fashion. Update: I’m increasing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Shortly after posting this review I received my aligners for the next four steps along with a whitening kit. I was under the impression that I would be receiving one aligner at a time but now see the reason for the three week time delay was because Smileie had several aligners to put together. I’m on step 3 now and everything is going well.

The dentist that helped me make impressions was very understanding and the customer service was super helpful. I missed one appointment online & they were really nice about it. I have pretty simplistic goals because my teeth have already had braces so im not too worried now that we are past the impression phase. Very affordable, but still reasonable support.

I must admit SMILEIE ALIGNERS customer support is so quick. I was quickly taken care of and they explained each and everything to me in detail when it comes to Aligner treatment. Just completed my 14 trays, I couldn't be happier. I had braces previously and my lower set shifted, with one tooth in particular being pushed far out. I got retainers on this set only and my teeth look like they did before. I saved €1000 going this route compared to the route my old orthodontist wanted to do. I am so glad I took the risk. I had help from the team when taking the molds of my teeth. After that There was basically no contact with the dentists, they don't reach out but I'm sure they would respond if you needed.
