The staff are very reliable and quick to respond. Shipping and delivery are fast. It all depends on how well you can follow directions.

I only had one complaint about Smileie and that was towards the end of my treatment which was I was/am on the last aligner for the top and have one more for the bottom to be complete with treatment and was not satisfied. It wasn’t that I wasn’t completely satisfied because my gap has truly closed. I’ve had braces before because of this issue but I wasn’t told that you had to wear a retainer or your teeth would shift. Well, back to topic, I contacted smileie regarding my underbite and how my teeth didn’t touch or close prefect on the side. They told me that I had to get a refinement set and pay 199 but I explained how I wasn’t aware of this and they told me I had achieved the best results with the aligners but after continuing the conversation they advised me that they would make it right.

The process was easy from the beginning. Every time I had a doubt the costumer service has been excellent clearing my questions and guiding me.
