I had multiple fails in taking impressions and had to order extra putty kits to have a video visit. I had a first video consult and was only successful in taking a lower teeth impression because I had ran out of putty. In my second video consult, Dr. Arooj was really helpful and showed some tricks (not shown in any video) that made it possible to take perfect impressions.

This is a great service. The hardest part is doing the impressions. The rest is easy. My smile went from a jack o lantern to a nice straight smile. Everyone’s teeth are different. I had to get 2 revisions to get my teeth perfect but it was well worth it

Great customer service. Did a great job walking me through how to make good impressions. Only I would say could be improved is easier way to schedule and give the consultation with doctor and videos as the first step to making the impression instead of waiting.
