I had a little trouble doing the impressions properly on my own. Smileie set up a video conference for one of their drs to help me. It was so simple to do then and the dr. Was so nice and helpful. I am now awaiting for the aligners to be made and sent to me. They are very prompt to get back to you with any questions. So far I feel very good about my decision to go with Smileie and look forward to receiving my aligners.
