Customer service and assistance from the dentist has gone above and beyond. I received the initial kit in a timely manner and my questions were always answered. I was able to have a telecall with the dentist to ensure everything was properly done before I sent the trays back! Looking forward to receiving the retainers and going through this process with the Smileie team.
