I did not take the impressions well the first go around, but Dr. Jay was very calm and patient and walked me through the steps meticulously and systematically and made sure I took the impressions correctly. Wear your headphones and listen carefully to understand with precision.

So I had to request for a virtual meeting with Dr. Arooj because it was difficult for me to take the impressions myself. Her instructions were very useful. Finally been able to take a workable impression. Their customer service is also great, they responded to all my messages. I have a strong belief their aligners would correct my teeth.

Was having trouble getting my impressions right. They helped me with a video appointment which was very helpful. And customer service has been great. Any questions I’ve had they’ve gotten back to me rather quickly. I look forward to giving another review in a couple of weeks
