The chat service agents at Smileie were courteous, quick, and helpful. I would have given five stars but I got disconnected from the original agent I was talking to. Not sure what happened, though. Regardless, it was great customer service.

So far, the entire process has been simple, well-explained and super affordable! The impressions were easy to do, lots of resources available if I had questions. The final projected result looks like it’s going to be amazing! I’m still waiting on my aligners so fingers crossed I’ll love my new smile!
