The partial fit perfectly. I would have given them 5 Stars but when the impressions were approved they called me for an additonal cost due to one additional tooth. Pricing should reflect what the limit of the teeth are and note that additional fees could apply for additional teeth.

Your product cannot be delivered in a broken condition, and you did not inform me beforehand in your application so I had to pay useless money.

To ensure proper fit and function, our dental flippers are designed specifically for completely missing teeth, not for partially broken ones. This requirement is stated on our website to help customers make an informed purchase.
Our process requires customers to take an impression first, which is then reviewed by our lab technicians to confirm eligibility before the final product is made. When we reviewed your impressions, we determined that a flipper would not work for your situation.
Therefore, we cancelled the final order and refunded the full cost of the flipper itself. The amount deducted from your refund covers the non-refundable impression kit and the initial shipping expenses. The impression kit is a single-use, hygienic product that cannot be restocked or reused.
We apologize for any misunderstanding about this process. We wish you the best in finding a suitable dental solution.

Super fast service
Super fast service, easy process. My only problem was my top partial was too tight on one tooth. I have not contacted them yet I want to give it a couple of days. Otherwise it was great, even matched my color perfectly!
Update:
The fit was still too tight. The company sent me a shipping label to send it back with a description of what was wrong. I did and a week later I received it back and the fit was perfect. Just a little pointy on the back of my teeth. Otherwise I am satisfied.

Ive ordered 4 appliances over the last couple of years. You used to have some sort of warranty with the product the first three times i made purchases. I buy the fourth appliance and have an issue with it mere weeks after receiving it. The response i got was a “discounted” price of $150 for a new set. I drop over $200 a month before and your product fails and the best you can do for a muti repeat customer is knock 50 bucks off a replacement set. Absolutely no standing behind your product, warrantying it in any way. The best customer service could do for me was a discount on the same product i just purchased that had failed. Very sad. I have dealt with this company for years and customer service went from the owner personally calling me to assure everything went well with my orginal purchase to not having anything to do with me or the product. Just getting more money. Absolutely pathetic

We truly value you as a returning customer, and as you know from your three previous orders, our snap-on veneers are crafted from FDA-standard materials by professional dental technicians. However, as with any dental appliance of this nature, their longevity is highly dependent on care and usage. They are, by design, more susceptible to damage from neglect or accidental breakage.
Our 30-day manufacturer's warranty covers defects in workmanship, but it explicitly does not cover damage that occurs from everyday wear, accident, or neglect, a policy we are transparent about and that you have been aware of from past experiences.
While we always want to stand by our products, we cannot ethically provide free replacements for issues that fall outside of our warranty terms, even for our most valued repeat customers.
In fact, we are the known all companies on the market behind several other snap-on veneer brands, so we are deeply familiar with the quality and policies across the market.
