No change in tooth color. Set up subscription for every 3 months. Without concent, they added a "replenishment" shipment for $147.50 paid in 3 months. I canceled and spoke to customer service 3 times. I still don't know if it's properly canceled. Can't remove paypal so I'll be on the phone all day with paypal and my bank to stop all future payments. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY! They responded to this complaint as you can see below. Sorry?? Definitely not sorry as you pocket my money for 3 months without my permission. If you're sorry, stop screwing people.

I am sure others have better success than I have. This product just has not been effective for me.

The product didn't whiten my teeth at all. I've been putting it on my tooth brush everytime I brush my teeth, and I've not noticed any improvement t all. I wish it did work, because when I find a product that works, I keep coming back to it. This is not one of those products.

Deceptive advertising and subscription trap. Their TV commercial shows full-size product dispensers for a “2-for-1” $24.95 deal — what actually arrives is two small trial-size bottles, with no clear disclosure of the size difference or that you’re being enrolled in a recurring subscription. I was later billed $59.95 for a full-size bottle I never knowingly ordered; when I called to cancel, the rep called it a “$90 value” and kept pushing alternate offers instead of just canceling. Once I finally got a cancellation, they gave no return address, no info on return shipping cost, and no refund guarantee — just a verbal promise. Read the fine print carefully before ordering, or better yet, avoid this company entirely.
