I loved this toothbrush when I initially got it! Over time I noticed my gums started to swell, bleed and hurt when I brushed! I change the brush every month and brush twice a day! Changed toothbrush and within a week everything improved substantially! I will cancel my subscription not knowing why, but I’m real happy with my new toothbrush!!!!

Traci
I haven't really noticed a difference after 2 weeks.
Response from SmileactivesSep 20, 2026
We’re sorry to hear Smileactives didn’t meet your expectations, Traci. Because whitening is a gradual process, results can vary depending on individual smile conditions and consistency of use. To keep your smile looking its best, be sure to continue using the product exactly as directed—applying the recommended amount of gel, brushing for the full two minutes each time, and using it twice daily. Our team would love the opportunity to learn more about your experience and offer additional support. Please feel free to reach us at 1-800-207-8952, available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM ET to assist you directly.

The ads are misleading, Everybody starts with white teeth! Of course you get the impression that it works! My teeth aren't white and the product did nothing to improve the appearance, When you order the product, they send you another within 3 weeks along with a hefty bill! Try cancelling, it seems the customer service is versed in avoiding a refund.I made a purchase and got 3 tubes that I had to pay for before my subscription was cancelled! This product doesn't work and is like pulling teeth to get out of the subscription! STAY AWAY, SAVE YOURSELF AGGRAVATION!!

I have been using this product for 3 weeks, twice a day and have seen no difference in color on my teeth. It does not work for me. It is very easy to use and convenient when brushing my teeth. It just doesn't work.

Do not buy it. It did nothing after two weeks. Then when cancelled my subscription (yes you automatically are signed up for a subscription when you buy) they continue to charge you for three months but don’t send you the product (because I cancelled). Basically I’m paying $30 for three months for nothing. DO NOT BUY. IT’S A MONEY SCAM.
