I don't know how in the world you are going to get a refund from this company! There is no patient portal to even cancel through. You have to call the company that will cancel your next payment of $90. and then she tells me I have to call back in a month in order to cancel the subscription (that I didn't even know I had). DO NOT ORDER this stuff, it doesn't even work.

Money back guarantee is false! Never ending subscription impossible to cancel.

What is really sad is that I believe the whitening products work, but the way they do business is awful. Any time you order anything, they automatically enroll you in a monthly club that send you product automatically at a price that is 3 times what you originally paid. You can return the product for a refund, but you have to pay the shipping ($10)...then I had to actually call because they wouldnt automatically issue me a refund. Then I had to cancel the membership which was like pulling teeth. I would not do business ever again with them just due to the shady practices. I have probably 5 hours of waiting on hold and dealing with this all for a $20.00 tooth whitener. Sad...Greedy...most people would probably just give up and not wait on hold or for a refund...that is how you make your money. Terrible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't tell you anywhere that you are automatically subscribed to a monthly subscription when you do the buy one get one deal. Also they are still charging me after I returned the product. It has been 13 business days after they have received it and still no refund. You can't get a hold of anyone via chat online or by phone. Have called numerous times and been on phone for at least 20 minutes each time. BY far the worst company i have ever came across.

The Smileactives TV commercials are purposely deceptive. They show a tube of the product in a pump container that looks to be about 6” tall. Then they offer to double your order for free if you order right now. When the order arrives, about 7 to 10 days later, you find that they have sent 2 each 2-1/2” high containers instead of doubling the containers they show on the TV commercials. BUT, they now have your credit card number and will automatically set you up for continuous shipments without your concent. Much the same as Relief Factor and Relaxium Sleep. Each offers a 21 day discounted trial but they will auto ship a full priced shipment on the 15th day after placing the order. Sneaky Bastards!

Horrible. Same experience as everyone else,secretly locked into a "3 installment payment plan" totaling $130!! Even after making an online account I still cant cancel my membership becuase the "member portal" which you cancel through desnt even load anything! Going to contact my bank
