Horrible product does not work and they continue to charge you. Stay away it is a scam

I was hoping for a positive experience but if I could give this company a -5 Stars, I would. I ordered a BOGO special offer. I paid with a credit card. When I received the transaction confirmation page, at the bottom was a notice: "Your information was successfully saved with Shop." What is this? I didn't sign up for this. Was there a check box defaulted to "yes" in the fine print? I did not receive an email confirming my purchase. When I went to the Shop website I found that I had an account that had my credit card info. I did not want this, I did not consciously ask for this. I tried setting up an account on the SmileActives website and could not complete this because I was not receiving emails to activate the account. I chatted with someone who could not resolve the problem. I unsubscribed for Shop emails. I did not know if the product was shipped but I finally received it without a hardcopy receipt. I called the company and the customer service rep was rude and said she could do nothing without my order number which I could NOT access because I could not set up an account. I cancelled the Shop account and the notification said it could take up to 30 days to cancel! Then, miraculously, I was able to set up my account in SmileActives. I chatted with them, said to cancel my subscription and requested to remove my credit card. I was told they could not remove my card. I printed out the transcripts of the chats. For security and to assure no further transactions, I called my credit card customer service, cancelled the card, and had a new card issued. This has been VERY frustrating and time consuming. BUYER BEWARE! I believe this is a deceptive, untrustworthy business. They are not BBB rated. There are DOZENS of complaints filed with the BBB. IMPORTANT: Take and save screen shots of all notifications and print and save transcripts of all chats. If this product works, in the future I will order through a third party, trustworthy site.

Doesn't work and they scam you into being on a really expensive subscription. I had no idea until 2 shipments arrived for over $120 each! Stay away!

The automatic billing was never shown when ordering. I was shocked to see they were charging me $30 each month for a $90 bottle of this. After the first time I called to get an explanation, they told me they would cancel my auto ship. 2 months later I got another bottle and when I called, they told me they there was nothing showing any future shipments. Then I get a THIRD bottle after being told I would not get a future shipment and my card has been charged $30 every month and now they say they cant find any info on me. As for the product, it hasn't shown much of a change which is just the icing on the top of an already bad deal.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I CALLED TO CANCEL> THEY SAID IT WAS CANCELLED THEY KEEPS CHARGING MY CARD. HOW DO I EVEN CANCEL? THIS IS THEFT

In 2025 i signed up for their special of $24.95 for 2 tubes of whitener. 1st issue was that thet sent "small" tube~1/2soze pf normal tube. Then i received a large one in Juse that they charged me &24.95 for 3 months. I was told 24.95 PER TUBE! I Cancalled order Aug 30 before I would receive another. They told me that i "would be charged anyway and that new tube would arrive in 10 days-despite cancellation!". Tube arrived 9/9 and 1of 3 charges placed 8/30. I returned tube 9/16 and disputed charge with Paypal. Paypal was NO HELP, so after 9/30 charge, i disputed with Credit card. Credit card removed charges when i gave them data-including Smileactives confirm returned tube. Smileactives STILL sending mail charge for last month of 3 charges. SCAM! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!

It is fraud, they continue to charge $47/month without sending any products

Read the fine print on your TV when ordering this product. Not only does it not work; they have your credit card number and the charges are around 30 a month on your membership. Really hard to stop subscription. Been trying to since Feb 8th 2026. Told credit card to block the charges but did not happen. Whe you talk to the customer services : they are Indo Pacific. Best advice is dont mess with this company. They are crooks.
