This company is horrible. The product did not whiten my teeth as advertised. All it is is a peroxide mixture. They sent me new product which I didn’t order and charged my acct. then to get credit I had to pay to ship it back to cancel order. A scammer

People don’t fall for this fake BS. I ordered this produce used it every day , they charged me for 2 more refills and it didn’t make my teeth white AT ALL. It’s a scam and the product doesn’t work dont buy this crap and save your money . Plus once you sign up The company will just renew you at will and charge your credit card for more of this fake crap !!!!

I should have looked up all the reviews of this product. They are spot on. I thought I was paying for a trial of this but evidently they immediately sign you up for a subscription. When I called, they said they would cancel but I had to pay for the larger product and subsequent ones being sent (although only 1 larger product was sent) DO NOT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS, they just take your money and don't actually cancel but just keep charging your account. This product also does not work!!!

Number 1- when you order make sure you read the fine print, you have just signed up for a subscription and will be charged $64 a month. Number 2- they will send you no email or text notice of the next charge or shipment prior to processing them. Number 3- their customer portal doesn’t work, it only gives you the option to order more despite the AI telling you that you can manage your subscription from the portal. You cannot and will have to call. Number 4- you will call and find out that even though they just charged you 8hrs ago, your new shipment is somehow already “out for delivery” That is a lie, your first shipment didn’t get handled until over 24hrs later. Even their website help says you have 36 hours to cancel an order. Number 5-this one is about the product, the head of this toothbrush is bulky and uncomfortable. It is impossible to use to clean the back molars properly. It’s a bad design. Number 6- The different settings on the toothbrush all feel the same and you must turn off and back on the toothbrush to toggle to the next setting. It’s a bad design. Number7- you will be told that you are stuck with the new shipment coming despite attempting to cancel within less than 9 hours of the order processing. You will have to spend your time and money on sending the shipment back and then wait for them to process your refund. Update: I called their support again, spoke to Tiana, pointed out again many of the points I mentioned above, especially the no prior notice to the next order processing and that on their website it does say a customer has 36 hours to cancel their order. She cancelled further possible charges, and said she refunded the charge from this morning. When the package arrives that she cannot stop from coming, she said to keep as a gift. I do not have to return.

It doesn't work and even if you cancel, they give you BS that you signed up for a "90-day" kit and will continue to bill you until the 90 day is over. Buyer beware!

As others have indicated, hidden subscription that was hard to cancel. They continued to send me way too much product and charging me monthly. It took 2 phone calls and supposedly (fingers crossed) it's now cancelled and I should be getting a refund. Stay away! Shame on the business owners.

I thought I would give this product a try after seeing it recommended on Facebook. I bought the starter kit and after about 4 days of using it, my tongue felt like it had been rubbed with sandpaper, I got these little tiny white pimple-like bumps all over my tongue and they were extremely painful, my gums swelled up and my teeth feel like they hurt. I returned all of my used and unused product only to get 1/2 of a refund, which I contacted them about and I should be getting the other 1/2 soon. It's been about 2 weeks and I am still having some mouth problems. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!

The product just foams as you brush. I haven’t noticed any whitening, possibly more yellow to be honest. I can’t be certain though. What I am certain of, is, if you want to cancel they will not actually cancel it. They do not send you an email ahead of time either. I cancelled last month, after several ignored emails. I’m not sure how I finally got a response. I went back a forth fighting with them, until they ensured that my account and subscription was cancelled. Today, I find that my card was charged and my order was out for shipment. When I tried to contact them, I wasn’t able to. When I went to check my account, and went to “update my subscription” it just cycled and cycled and never opened. I tried at least 7 times all day long. They will keep it that way until then send out the products and then tell me that I agreed to the subscription and will not refund my money. All to do it again next month. Very bad business operations, and customer service. I have changed my payment source as an expired card to finally be rid of the BS! Don’t do buy into it, they have their scam working in a way that works for them to keep moving on, but it shouldn’t be legal.
