Bernadette W.
I’ve tried other whitening treatments, but this is the easiest and very effective. I didn’t think I would use the pen, but that has been the best! Gets to those stubborn stains in between my teeth. Very happy with the product.

Robin
This product turned my teeth grey! I stopped using it and my teeth have regained a white-ish color! I do NOT recommend this product!
Response from SmileactivesJun 11, 2026
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and that the Pro Whitening Gel did not meet your expectations, Robin. We take feedback like this seriously, as it is not the result we want for any of our customers. For best results, we recommend using one pump of your Pro Whitening Gel on top of your toothpaste with every use as part of your daily routine. We would also appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and routine so we can better understand what happened and help guide you toward better results. Please give us a call at 1-800-207-8952, available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so our team can assist you further.
Craig
After 15 days of brushing, no discernible whitening of teeth. Very disappointed
Response from SmileactivesJun 11, 2026
Thank you so much for giving Smileactives a try, Craig. We’re so sorry to hear you haven’t seen the results you were hoping for just yet! Teeth whitening is a journey that takes a little time, and consistency is truly the secret to unlocking those noticeable, long-lasting results. For the best outcome, we recommend adding one pump of our Pro Whitening Gel right on top of your favorite toothpaste and brushing thoroughly twice a day for at least two full minutes before rinsing. Foods that cause stains can also be a factor in your whitening progress. We’re here to support you every step of the way, and we’d love for you to keep at it a bit longer so that you can see the full results. Thank you so much for your patience and for choosing Smileactives.

Walter D.
I've been using it for 3 weeks as directed and I see Zero difference very disappointed after all the hype I thought I would see more results
Response from SmileactivesJun 11, 2026
We apologize if the Pro Whitening Gel hasn't met your expectations yet, Walter. Every smile is different, and factors such as existing stains and daily habits can affect how quickly whitening results appear. To get the most from your routine, use one pump of the Pro Whitening Gel on top of your toothpaste and brush thoroughly twice a day for at least two minutes. Drinks like coffee, tea, and soda can also make it more challenging to see progress as quickly. While whitening is often a gradual process, staying consistent with your routine can make a major difference over time. We appreciate your patience and for choosing Smileactives!
