We're truly sorry to hear you haven't seen the results you expected yet, Margret. We'd love to help you get the most out of your experience, as teeth whitening can take some time—especially if you regularly enjoy stain-causing favorites like coffee, tea, soda, or red wine. For the best results, consistency is absolutely key, so we recommend continuing to use just one pump of the Pro Whitening Gel placed right on top of your regular toothpaste twice daily, brushing for at least two full minutes. We also suggest using a soft-bristled toothbrush to protect your enamel during your daily routine. Please stick with it a bit longer; we're confident that with a little more time and regular use, you'll start to see that brighter smile shine through!

We’re truly glad you received your Smileactives products and we appreciate you sharing how things are going so far, Suzanne. Whitening can take a little time, and a few small adjustments can help you get the best results with your products. Try placing one pump of your Pro Whitening Gel on top of your toothpaste, selecting your preferred brushing mode on your Vibrite Toothbrush, and brushing twice daily for at least two minutes before rinsing. After brushing, you can apply your Advanced Teeth Whitening Pen by brushing a thin, even layer onto each tooth—don’t rinse, and wait about 20 minutes before eating or drinking to let it fully activate. Keep in mind that certain stain-causing foods and drinks can slow progress, but with regular use and consistent habits, great results are absolutely achievable. We appreciate you giving Smileactives the chance to brighten your smile.

We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, Jeff. Every smile whitens at its own pace, and while two weeks is a solid start, it can sometimes take a bit longer to see visible changes, especially if you enjoy stain‑causing favorites like coffee, tea, soda, or red wine. A few small adjustments can help boost your results: always place one pump of your Pro Whitening Gel on top of your toothpaste, use it twice daily, brush for at least two minutes, and choose a soft‑bristled brush to protect your enamel while still whitening effectively. Consistency is key, and even gentle brushing gets the job done. With continued daily use, we’re confident you’ll start to see the whitening results you’re hoping for. We appreciate your patience and for choosing Smileactives.
