Product doesn't even work. Plus, they trick you into signing up for a subscription so they can charge you every month. Crap company, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

The product works pretty well and would give a 4 on effectiveness. What I'm not happy about is the price and customer service. I called to cancel the product and they talked me into keeping it stating they will only charge $20/month so getting the product every 3 months would be $60 going forward. After that initial product, it went right back to $25.42/month. Dishonesty in a company is really upsetting me. I think it's time for me to cancel completely.
Response from SmileactivesOct 6, 2026

Me and my husband have been using fit weeks and see zero results. Very disappointing
Response from SmileactivesOct 6, 2026
We're sorry to hear that both you and your husband haven't seen noticeable results yet, Ashley. Because everyone's teeth and daily habits are unique, progress can naturally take a bit longer for some. For the best results, we suggest applying the recommended amount of gel twice a day and brushing thoroughly for two full minutes during each session. Our Customer Care team is always here to help with tips and guidance. Kindly contact us at 1‑800‑207‑8952, available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, so we can assist you directly.

The whitening gel is convenient and easy to mix with your regular toothpaste, and fits right into my daily routine. I also notice some brighter results without any sensitivity. Thank you!

I'd give 0, but it's not possible. They are scam, they're predatory. They send you more product than what you order. And then they don't wanna cancel your subscription nor give your money back.
