First time trying Smashburger in Wayne, NJ. I wanted to try the Deluxe Smash my first look at it was that it was loaded with so much mayo it was coming out of the sides and I felt it was very salty. Sorry to say I won't be going back there again. Not my kind of burger.

Went in to feed my grandsons dinner. The boys ordered smash burgers, fries and a drink. I ordered the All Amerian Hot Dog, fries and a drink. Instread of the getting the hot dog thy brought out a burger. I told them I ordered the hot dog. They told me sorry, but they were out of hot dogs. I said you should have told me that when I ordered, and I woud have picked differently. Suggestion: Let customers know when you are out of something before they pay.

I was mad from the door when I placed my order and I went to pay I only had a $100.bill. They explained to me that they couldn't take a $100 bill. They couldn't take anything over a twenty. Baffled being a business owner myself i was concerned about how you can let $40. Walk out of your establishment, claiming it's store policy. I was furious but I went to my car & ordered on line with my card. My prime rib burger was delicious, i did pay extra for onion rings i didn't see them. My sister got a haberna mango chicken she was dissatisfied. Please explain to me why cash doesn't work anymore.

Went to smash burger for a birthday lunch. The burgers are ok for the price but the milkshakes are not worth it! $10 for a non thick, only 4 flavours available milkshake…. So not worth it! It came to $77 for 4 burgers, 3 milkshakes and 1 fries which was in the combo. Not impressed.

Burgers seemed overcooked. Fries were soft and soggy. Got them at 23890 Smokey Hill Rd Aurora Colorado

Food is good but it's more of a fast food chain than a straight burger place IMO.

Tried this in Glasgow. Was a bit pricy but food was good.

I used to love Smashburger and ate there every week or two. Since the menu changed and found that prices went up, specials went away, and, worst, fried pickles were dropped, I haven’t been back in over a month. Burgers are still good, but the specialness is gone.
