Ask about invisible extra charges BEFORE HAND
This is for the location inside Walmart at 2401 Augusta Rd, Columbia, SC only I chose $19.97 shampoo and cut. Service was fine until I was told to pay almost $50.00! I was told I got a $10.00 discount, but the extra fee was for my hair length (to my waist). Nowhere on the pad where I chose the service, nor did the stylist mention anything, about extra charges for long hair. I have NEVER been charged extra for a simple trim (no complex style, just trim split ends). It's quite reasonable to charge extra for color or perm on long hair as it takes more product and a longer time. Not so for a trim. Guess I was in shock (didn't complain, then) and paid...even felt obligated to tip. Have since sent an email to the company to complain (no response yet), but I'll never use them again
