I went to the smartstyle inside à Walmart in Hialeah, Miami. Didn’t like the experience at all. It was my first time. I had a Dominican lady cut my hair. She was pulling my hair too hard when she was bled dying it thst an earring fell on the floor. My boyfriend had to help me find it. When she was washing my hair, she will grab my hair too hard.

I've been a customer at smart style for 6 years and today February 24 2025 I got 5 highlights and my roots done for $116.67what the hell no blow drying my hair! Is this something new? If so bye bye smartstyle ! Who walks out of a reputable salon with a job not done!
