This occurred at SMART STYLE IN WALMART @ 16503 NACODOCHES RD SAN ANTONIO,TX Liz the MGR did highlights. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I let her know I didn't want ANY yellow, red, or ash tones .After 2 hr I was very dissapointed that I got bad results. Instead of white highlights my hair had yellow, red ash Cost me $200 rescheduled for a redo which was suppose to be FREE wasn't told in advance I was going to be charged another $125. OWNER said they have a 7 day rule, you have to report you arent satisfied within 7 days to get a redo FREE.Liz never mentioned that nor were there any postings in the Salon. I actually did let Liz know about the Bad results again my hair came out yellow/ white and very damaged,my original color brown was completely bleached out. But she said I needed to wait as further bleaching this soon would cause more damage. It took me 2 yr to grow healthy hair using vegamour gummies and Serum. BRENDA, THE OWNER sent me text messages accusing me of harrassment and she would take action and attacking my character saying it appears I'm just naturally an unhappy person. No apologies from her MGR LIZ who hasn't a clue as to how to follow instructions. I WISH this site allowed pics.Both MGR & OWNER have deflected both situations to be my fault, instead of taking responsibility for my damaged hair They need to be sued for slandering me trying to intimidate me and taking advantage of a 74 yr old widow on a fixed income. They owe me$325,.00 THEY CAN WRITE IT OFF ON THEIR TAXES AS A LOSS. I can't fix my hair. SmartStyle in Rockwood, TN Walmart. 9/25/26 10:30 appointment. I was on time, stylist seating another lady in her chair. I approached and when ask my status was told she was late in coming to work. When I asked how long it would be. She just gave a blank look. Asked again, same blank look. Told me her schedule next week. No apology! Hah, I sure won't be making that 30 minute drive again!

Waiting on line to see if there was availability for 15min, and the person can clearly see that I have a bad leg but was chatting with her friend the whole time. When she finally acknowledged me, she says she’s booked for the day, no availability. Very unprofessional, she could have excuse herself from her friend and ask if I needed help.

This location is not an honest place. I initially called to see how much a haircut was and she responded $38. I called another location same day and they told me $31,65 and I asked if that included tax and the lady said YES!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Husband got a horrible cut. Then we get 3 calls from the stylist stating he didn't pay, and they weren't pleasant as she stated that she had to pay for it and wanted her money back. He kept the receipt and I sent her a copy. Wrote to corporate about this and the reply was that the stylist(Christine)looked at the wrong receipt and the system had a glitch! I asked for a refund and didn't get it. I think I am owed a refund due to being harassed 3x by the stylist, that's not customer service. Don't go here it's inside Walmart in Sahuarta Az

I went to the kingson new york smart styles on 6/ 13/26 and got one of the worst haircuts i ever had, the stylist didn't listen to what I wanted at all and I can't do anything with the choppy mess I recieved of course it looked ok when I left because they use all that unnecessary product which I said I didn't want, the stylist said she been working there about 3 months so anyone that gets her must be a practice customer which isn't right and she diffently needs much more practice before she works on real customers. And I paid $40.00 for a haircut now I have to live with until It grows out, I wouldn't recommend this stylist or this place that hire inexperienced people to anyone. My dog groomer could of done a much better job. Will never go to any smart style again ever even in another town, city or state and will be letting my family and friends to not go there unless they want an inexperienced stylist doing there hair. Stylist had blondish hair and wore huge glasses which she hung off her nose looking over them with she was cutting, I wish I had gotten her name but didn't think I'd have to review such a lousy haircut and then have to shell out $40.00 it shouldn't of even cost $.40 that would of even been to much. Signed very unsatisfied, unhappy customer.

Had an appointment today June 16 at 11:40 at the location in Burleson Texas on Wilshire blu. Inside of Walmart when I got there Linda was still taking curlers out of a client hair she asked me how I got an appointment? Told her I made it on line said I would have to wait a bit so I turned around walked off and went elsewhere was very unhappy with her attitude.

Well I went to get a haircut SmartStyle today .Too my surprise they had no opening today at all.They told me they were all booked .Strange thing is about this one there was hairdresser there didn’t have a client at all .Also they when I was there they booked someone .Iam prettt sure it was today very strange.I was not impressed at all sadly .
