I read so many reviews here, the BBB, Reddit and eventually decided to try SmartphonesPLUS. I haven't used a trade-in service, other than Apple's or selling on eBay and FaceBook Marketplace, in years. My last preferred company, Gazelle, offers less than Apple does nowadays. SmartphonesPLUS offered me 30-40% more for my iPad Pro than their bigger competitors and the process was straight forward and easy. I decided to not request packaging (I had plenty of Amazon boxes), so I simply printed off their prepaid USPS shipping label, packaged everything and dropped it off at the post office. They received it at the end of the week and I received an email the following Monday confirming my trade-in offer was approved. There was a slight issue with Venmo, but SmarphonesPLUS was willing to cover the PayPal fees instead, so I received my full value all in just over a week's time. I will definitely save these guys for my future tech upgrade needs!

I’ve sold several phones to SmartphonesPLUS and my experience has always been positive. They offer a fair price, examine the phone promptly after receipt, and pay promptly.

First of all the company really worked with me and was very kind, supportive, and caring about my whole ordeal. But in the end there was a good resolution to the problem and I still received ample amount of money for both of my Motorola phones and I ended being satisfied with what I received. What I really liked is that they kept in touch with me through emails and keeping me posted about my phones. I also told my sister about you guys, because she said she has a few phones that she needs to sell and when she has time to do that she I'd going sell all her phones to you guys and get compensated. And yes I would recommend SPsmartPlus to any and everyone I know to sell their devices to you because they will get good money for the phones, so with allcthat said please keep up the good work you guys do! I absolutely have nothing bad or rude to say, your company is "AWSOME" Thank You Miss Marshon Heard P.S. I don't remember the original date, so as you see I put in today's date.

The process to trade in my phones was smooth, and the price was great too. Really recommended if you just want to sell your phone and not deal with random people online.

I was hesitant at first because I had never sold a phone in this way. I read reviews and looked at a few other companies but decided to take a chance on SmartphonesPLUS...and I'm glad I did! The entire process from start to finish was a breeze making a skeptic like myself feel at ease. The price quoted was fair in my opinion and I didn't have to deal with all the scammers and lowballers on Facebook Marketplace. I requested shipping materials to ship my phone to them and the materials all arrived quickly and communication was great throughout the entire process! I chose the Venmo option which was promptly paid out less than 24 hrs from them receiving my phone. Overall a tremendous company and experience, I will not hesitate to sell back future phones or even reach out for a repair and will definitely recommend friends and family!

The entire process was simple. I requested packing material and it arrived in a timely manner. The entire process was phenomenal, and has no need for improvement.
