quick and accurate
Very easy to look the phone up and get the estimate, they pay shipping and track the shipment, and once received, it was incredibly fast processing. I'm very impressed and would use them in the future if I have another phone to sell someday.

Its a great place to sell your gear for the most $$$!
The process was very fast and communication was good. Would have liked the system that reminds you to send out your item, not send them on weekends because obviously the USPS is not moving.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you found the process fast and our communication helpful. We also appreciate the suggestion regarding weekend reminders and will keep that in mind as we look for ways to improve the experience.
