Dishonest business
Bought a phone from them on swappa.com. They cancelled the order because it had a mysterious issue and then relisted it for more money later in the day. What really happened is they decided they priced it too low and backed out of the deal. I would not trust this business, I was straight up lied to and once I asked about it was ghosted. Deal with at your own risk. They will not respond to my questions on swappa so filing a complaint here.

Be careful with this company
Gentlemen, be careful with this company, it is a scam, I sent you two smartwatches and they arrived on Friday and this is still the date that they have not answered and they have not resolved.

No disclaimer of a broad nature
No disclaimer of a broad nature. No terms and conditions must apply. Good condition $421 fair price. I was driving close by but an hour detour was acceptable. I called To verify my phone and in store drop off. They offered me $421 but the none disclosed stipulation or mentioned on the phone or I wouldn't have come. Any phone newer then 6 months price is automatically 50% reduced value of advertised price. B.s. can't verify if it's financed. This is a OnePlus 12 no US carrier sells or leases it. I also have direct access to the OnePlus app with a receipt. Even better the guy that didn't tell me on the phone also didn't tell me that till he took my screen protector off and ruined it. I'll come back and add this to you the more readable but screenshots coming. Now how screwed and willing would you be to take that offer if you shipped it half way across the state , or country

Don't trust this company!
Sent them a phone in perfect working condition which they originally quoted a price of $110. About a month late I received a check for $10. After communication with them they stated there was a black dot on screen and it would have to be replaced. They also stated they communicated this to me via email prior to sending check. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company!

I sent my phone in a month ago and…
I sent my phone in a month ago and still haven’t received payment. I chose the venmo option but still no payment received. I have sent them an email but no response.

Payment not sent
My first experience was good, but I sold another device and never received my payment now, it's been almost 2 months and still no response from their customer service department.

However, I do not see where you have ever contacted us for support or to let us know of any issues. I will follow up with you via email. Lack of Communication
Got the first payment but did not get the 2nd after a revised offer. Im very disappointed in this company. No response to multiple emails. I will not use this company again. It might just be 38 bucks but it’s the principle of it. I sold them two phones. They revised the offer from 60 to 38 stating the phone had damage. Phone was in good condition when sent. I insured the package before sending it. They claimed deep scratches in the screen. Sent pictures of it and revised the offer. When I asked questions about it, I got no answer. Two days later and still no response. They owe me 38 bucks or need to return the phone.
