The only issue i had was that they kept telling me to send my phone after they had already received it. Their own tracking number wasn't linked to.their system, but it was linked to my account fortunately. Otherwise than that, the transaction was smooth and I got paid. THANKS!

Best buy-back price I found, and I appreciated the prepaid label and tracking. Other vendors, however, do not charge for a shipping container, and UPSP is not the most convenient shipping method, due to its limited hours and locations in some areas.

Smartphones PLUS treats customers honestly and ethnically. Their one failing in my last transaction was the lack of communication. I received no email to tell me my package had been received and no email to tell me the status of my trade-in. I would however, recommend them to anyone wishing to sell a watch or other device.
