Efficient process
It was a simple process with clear directions to send in me phone for cash. They offered more money than other places for my phone. When I reached out to customer support they responded within a few hours with an update. Will be using this company again in future

I was wanting to sell my phone but didn't want to go through the hassle of setting up a page on an auction website, so I gave SmartPhonesPLUS a chance. I thought what they offered for my phone was completely reasonable and about the same as what I would expect after auction sites take their share of fees. The process was pretty straight forward. I submitted by sell request, they sent me a prepaid label about a day later and shipped it via USPS no problem. They got my phone and assessed it within about a week at the condition I picked initially, and I had my money the following week. Absolutely zero problems with the entire process, and I would not hesitate to do business with these guys again. For anyone taking a leap of faith, I can promise you these guys are indeed legit.

Real deal 💯 Legit!
Honestly I was a bit nervous thinking this could be a scam but the whole time this company kept in touch with me by email and then I finally called the phone number during the business days and Rachel answered the phone and she was very helpful she completely put my mind at ease that this company is legitimate I sent them my telephone they gave me a quote and paid me an even better price once they received the phone I was so happy I'm still in disbelief but this is definitely a real company and they are very professional very honest and thorough I am definitely recommending smart phones Plus as a legitimate company I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family to send tablets or cell phones iPhones any kind of electronics as long as they accept those items thank you guys for giving me some peace of mind and putting a little extra cash in my pocket especially for the holidays
